All payments are processed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD).
Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

The amount charged to your payment card will be shown in the local currency of the card issuer, according to the exchange rate used by the card organization (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Since the conversion rate is not known at the moment of the transaction, slight differences between the displayed and charged amount may occur.

Smart d.o.o. is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors and customers.

The entire payment process is handled exclusively by the authorized bank/payment processor, meaning that payment card information is never stored on or accessible to Smart d.o.o..

Smart d.o.o. is obliged to display accurate descriptions of all products and/or services on its website, including prices expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD).
We reserve the right to modify prices, services, and content without prior notice.

6. Service Delivery and Potential Limitations

All purchases and payments are processed through our online system.

After a successful payment, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of the transaction to the email address provided during the purchase process.

7. Complaints & Refund Policy

A customer has the right to file a complaint if:

payment has been completed,
the service has not been delivered,
there are valid reasons for dissatisfaction.

purchase or payment details,
a detailed explanation of the complaint.

After verification, we will notify you of the status of your complaint.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 15 days from the date of payment.

8. Refunds

In the case of a refund for a payment previously made using a payment card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina and Amex), the refund will be processed exclusively through the same payment methods, in accordance with the rules of card organizations.

Refunds cannot be issued in cash.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using the content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Smart d.o.o. shall not be liable for:
